The Infant IV Leg is a training aid for practicing and demonstrating intravenous puncture of the newborn. The leg model has been crafted from a unique, extremely thin synthetic skin and rubber tubing featuring a small lumen and thin walls. The IV leg can be used to replace the standard leg on the Resusci Baby CPR manikins.
The training leg features accessible greater and lesser saphenous veins, as well as the dorsal venous arch on the foot. Includes two IV bags with clamps, one pint of 'blood', one 3 CC syringe, one 22-gauge needle and winged infusion set.
