• Auscultation – The manikin has various auscultatory sites and the foetus has multiple heart sounds that can be heard through a stethoscope.

• Ophthalmic Exercises – Eyes can be opened or closed. Various pupil states can be simulated, e.g., normal, miosis (constricted), and mydriasis (blown) pupil states.
• Intravenous Injection – Injection sites on the arm for medication and fluid administration.
• Leopold Manoeuvre – Practice palpation of the uterus in order to determine the position of the foetus.
• Cervical Examinations – The extensible dilating cervix enables students to conduct vaginal exams and record results.
• Realistic Uterus – Students can learn how to manage postpartum haemorrhage, as the cervical os and cervix can bleed. To reduce bleeding, the uterus can be massaged.
• Postpartum Exercises – The detachable placenta fragments give students the opportunity to inspect the placenta and determine if it is intact.

An innovative feature of the NOELLE Neonate Patient Skills Trainer Package is that it is supplied with an OMNI Code Blue Pack. This enables the user to monitor and record their ventilations and compressions, providing them with real-time feedback. The feedback is readily available on either the OMNI device or any Windows computer and can be used during debriefing sessions, to identify opportunities for improvement.
