The Syndaver Hybrid Surgical Model features a skeleton, SynTissue muscles and organs, open vasculature, and SynTissue skin, providing an ultra-realistic platform for medical training and practice.
The Syndaver Hybrid Surgical Model includes a heart that pumps synthetic blood with pulsed flow away from the heart and drainage back towards it. This feature allows for realistic airway procedures, including intubation and ventilation. The model is compatible with all known imaging systems and medical devices, even those using directed energy such as laser and RF, ensuring versatile application across various medical scenarios.
Anatomically, the model includes SynTissue skin, bones, muscles, tendons, semi-articulating joints, a functioning respiratory system, complete digestive and urinary tracts, visceral and reproductive organs, and a comprehensive circulatory system. The arterial vasculature comprises major arteries such as the abdominal aorta, anterior tibial artery, aortic arch, ascending aorta, brachial artery, common carotid arteries, and subclavian arteries.
The Syndaver Hybrid Surgical Model is compatible with all known imaging techniques, including MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound, making it an invaluable tool for comprehensive medical training. It is also compatible with all known surgical devices, including lasers, RF, ablation, plasma knives, sonic blades, cryocatheters, as well as bipolar, monopolar, and harmonic devices, ensuring extensive versatility for various medical procedures.
