About the Contributor - Carl Dowling

Carl Dowling is currently an active paramedic in the United Kingdom who works in clinical education delivering training to doctors, nurses and medical students in clinical skills, simulation based scenarios and resuscitation. He has a background of 13+ years experience in the Ambulance Sector, working on the frontline, event medicine, rapid response, high dependency, emergency medical dispatch and training.

In his spare time he volunteers to help progress current research articles by peer reviewing upcoming manuscripts and he has published eight papers on various subjects including Covid-19, paediatric prehospital care, Vaccination and Health Education.

He is an advocate for providing affordable and accessible education for individuals around the world and has a passion to create more opportunities for those who live in low to middle income countries to be given fair and similar opportunities to obtain additional education to meet their needs.
