Kirstie Simpson
AHP Workforce and Education Lead / Chartered Physiotherapist

Kirstie has over 15 years experience as a Physiotherapist. She specialised in paediatrics, working with children with neurodevelopmental , complex neurology, orthopaedic, oncology, musculoskeletal or psychosomatic presentations. She has worked across the acute, community, education and private settings.

After having her second child Kirstie gained greater interest in women’s pelvic health and has completed specialist training in this area. She now also works as as the Head of Community and Operations at and as a Tutor at Mummy MOT LTD in London. A role that heads up the quality of education, clinical partnerships and community of practice.

Kirstie is a visionary leader who understands the heart of progress lies in nurturing and cultivating talent of our AHP workforce. She values the critical importance of investing in people as foundation for success in today’s healthcare system. Her passion for advocation of AHP’s impact and her unwavering commitment to uplift those around her led to her latest role as AHP Workforce and Education lead at PAHT. She believes in empowering AHP’s and seeking ‘collaborative solution finding’ to provide the enablers.
