The Child Airway Management Trainer with Stand by Life/Form consists of a realistic head representing a 5-year-old child, for practising airway management skills on paediatric patients.
The anatomy of the mouth, tongue, oral pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, and oesophagus and presented in a realistic way and the trainer features separate lungs for auscultation. The inflatable stomach bladder indicates oesophageal insufflation. The model offers a manual carotid pulse and allows for suctioning and oral, nasal, and intubation techniques.
