The Disc Torso is a life-sized torso model that is horizontally sectioned into 24 pieces, providing insight into the workings of computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Each slice is adjustable and detachable for detailed exploration of its accurately reproduced anatomical features. The accompanying key card labels number all structures, including muscles and nerves.
