A set of three simulators to provide realistic episiotomy suturing practice.
This set of three episiotomy suture training models (LF00690) are made with lifelike 'skin' to provide students with realistic suturing practice, a great way to learn practical surgery techniques.
The simulators allow for a variety of repair experiences without worrying about time constraints or the safety of a live patient. They are ideal for teaching with an instructor or to allow the student to practice individually in a clinical setting before a patient experince, or even to be signed out and used as a homework aid.
As well as providing a portable simulator the lifelike texture gives an oportunity for the student to develop a feel for instrument handling, tension on suture and the advantages of one method of knot tying over another. The Episiotomy Suture Simulators Set includes:
