This anatomical gallstone model shows the anatomy of the biliary system and its surroundings. Model K26 / 1000314 is approximately half natural size. Both acute inflammation (cholecystitis) and the tissue changes caused by chronic inflammation can be identified in the gallbladder wall. The model allows for identification of gallstones in the following typical locations, making it an ideal aid for patient education:
