This set is ideal for training medical and nursing staff in the skills required including suctioning techniques, dressing changes and proper cuff inflation as well as cleansing and maintenance of the external tracheal site. The infant manikin can be used with children or parents.
The adult manikin includes a flexible mouth and jaw to enable oral suctioning, oral and nasal passages, the epiglottis, pharynx, trachea, oesophagus, tracheostomy site and cricoid cartilage.
As well as the manikins, this adult and infant tracheostomy care simulator set includes one adult and one infant tracheostomy tube, hard carry case and an instruction guide.
