Introducing the Adult Torso Phantom for X-Ray, CT & MRI, this anatomically accurate torso model is designed to support medical imaging research, radiology training and equipment evaluation. Based on average human anatomy, it provides a realistic and repeatable platform for hands-on diagnostic imaging across X-ray, CT and MRI systems.
Constructed using realistic soft-tissue and bone-mimicking materials, the phantom incorporates a complete skeletal structure with individually cast bones. The vertebrae feature a realistic three-layered internal structure with inner porosity, ensuring accurate imaging performance across multiple modalities.
The lungs within the torso can be customised to simulate a wide range of pathological conditions, including mucus accumulation, lesions and common infections. The phantom may also be configured as a dedicated training simulator for COVID-19-related diagnostic procedures, making it a flexible tool for education and research.
