The Basic Buddy CPR Manikin is an economical and user-friendly CPR training manikin, eliminating the necessity for cleaning. It is suited to both personalised one-to-one training and large-group educational settings.

As a result of its cost-effective pricing, the manikin offers an inexpensive means to furnish each student with a CPR manikin of their own. The trainer showcases a single-piece, disposable lung/mouth protection system, ensuring the complete sanitation of the manikin. This also mitigates the risk of cross-contamination and the need for individual sanitation measures.

Airway passage is established through the head tilt/chin lift technique and correct ventilation is discernible by the visible expansion of the chest. The xiphoid process serves as an anatomical guide for precise hand positioning and effective compressions.

The Basic Buddy CPR Manikin offers both adult and child functionalities and can be further enhanced with the CPR+ Electronics/HeartiSense kit. This device provides users with real-time feedback on CPR performance, and this can be viewed using the HeartiSense application. The core parameters measured include:

  • Compression depth and rate
  • Accuracy of placement
  • Release of chest compressions
  • Amount of artificial respiration
