Paediatric arm for practicing BP techniques.

The Paediatric Blood Pressure Arm is a reproduction of an 8 year old child's arm which can be attached to right shoulder opening of any Life/form Child Airway Management/CPR Torso.

The arm is hinged, allowing it to swing away from the body for easy accesibility. The BP arm has been programmed to demonstrate the five Korotkoff phases, and an auscultatory gap switch may be used to simulate the auscultatory gap that is sometimes present between Phase I and Phase II sounds. Select systolic and diastolic settings, adjust volume and pulse rate, and easily calibrate when needed. Has palpable radial pulse. The optional external speaker system can be used in place of the speaker in the arm in order to broadcast sounds for a group.

The Blood Pressure Arm includes sphygmomanometer, cuff, and gauge assembly and 6 AA batteries.
