Aside from gaining confidence in breast palpation techniques, the trainer is innovative, and allows students to visualise indiscernible cysts/masses of the breast using real ultrasound equipment. Procedures, such as ultrasound-guided needle aspirations, can also be performed, where fluid is removed from the breasts and users can observe the shrinkage and disappearance of the cysts.
The trainer is constructed using high-quality material and has a self-healing skin, that leaves no marks following the removal of aspiration or biopsy needles.
