This set of six cervical effacement simulators LF01068 have been designed to offer a realistic feel, providing a lifelike simulation of an examination of the cervix before birth. The set consists of six separate pelvic blocks, each offering a similar tactile and visual sensation to the real experience. The blocks all look identical on the outside, but the internal texture, correct anatomical size and tissue density have been carefully constructed to represent birth conditions as closely as possible.
The dilatation stages represented include no dilatation, 2 cm, 5 cm, 7 cm, 9 cm and full effacement with each being clearly labelled. This set includes 6 simulation blocks to represent stages 1-6, lubricant, glove, powder, acrylic stand, hard carry case and an instruction card. Ideal for midwifery training.
