Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis

The gallbladder, with a thickened wall, exhibits a haemorrhagic mucosa and numerous irregular calculi. Notably, a large calculus is lodged in the neck of the gallbladder. The serosal surface appears congested, indicating cholecystitis complicating gallstones.

Cholelithiasis (Gallstones)

The liver specimen, along with the attached gallbladder, has been opened to reveal six large faceted mixed calculi. This illustrates a case of cholelithiasis, commonly known as gallstones.

Gall Stone Ileus 3D Printed Anatomy Model

This portion of the small intestine has been opened to reveal a sizable pigmented, oval-shaped gallstone with a rough surface. This is an instance of gallstone ileus.
