The Colour-coded Brain Model (Life Size) is a 2-part brain model, featuring magnetic attachment. It has been painted to represent distinct regions and when separated along the mid-sagittal plane, it showcases all the essential structures found in the human cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and brain stem, including the origins of the twelve cranial nerves.
To enhance clarity, the Colour-coded Brain Model is painted with vibrant contrasting colours and hand lettering is used to label and differentiate various lobes of the cerebral cortex, such as the motor, somatosensory, and limbic cortices, as well as the cerebellum and brain stem. In total, there are approximately 50 features that have been numbered to facilitate identification, with corresponding explanations provided in the accompanying key.
