This gynaecological patient education model P53 / 1013705 has been designed as a training model for the insertion of female barrier contraception which are placed in the vagina or cervix. These include the Femidom, FemCap (cervical cap) diaphragm and vaginal ring. Model can also enable the practise of pessary insertion.

This gynelogical traing model can be used to demonstrate the placing of an IUD or coil or intrauterine insemination (IUI). The transparent vaginal wall and a partially opened uterus will help to ensure that the practise is carried out correctly. A cost effective medical and nursing training tool.
