This life-size Half-Carcass Beef (Bull) Model is mounted on a stable base and accurately depicts a divided beef side according to the DLG classification, specifically the “simplified DLG cutting method.”

The model is separated into 12 distinct cuts, including the hind shank, round, loin, tenderloin, flank, plate, chuck, neck, brisket, shoulder, and fore shank.
