This IM injection and punch biopsy training model also enables practise of the procedure of iliac crest puncture. An artificial pelvis made of a substance similar to human bone is encased in the model which is designed to be punctured repeatedly. This intramuscular injection model enables the student to palpate the pelvis to locate the correct injection site.

This life-size model is a disposable training aid which is designed to be replaced after intensive use. Please note: it is not possible to practise fluid aspiration with this model
