This model provides a shocking picture of smoking-related lung damage.The interactive display "Lou- Wheeze" model presents two flexible latex lung models. One represents a healthy lung, and the other depicts a lung damaged by emphysema and cancer.
The attached pump inflates the healthy lung as normal, but the diseased lung inflates sluggishly and fails to deflate completely between simulated breaths.
