This life-like model of a pelvis, lumbar spine and associated lumbar muscles is an cast from a real human lumbar spine skeleton. This model is flexible allowing natural movement of the hip bones, sacrum and spinal region. The model also displays three layers of spinal muscles from superficial to deep muscles. The spinal cord and spinal nerves are also represented.

Supplied on a base, this lumbar spine musculature model by Erler Zimmer is an excellent teaching and demonstration aid for a range of student including those studying anatomy and physiotherapy. The model also makes for an ideal clinical display.
