The MyBodyBoard Eatwell Plate pack is aimed at professional nutritionists and health educators. The Eatwell pack consists of a double sided magnetic board and magnetic pack with 74 different picture magnets and 7 text descriptions. One side of the magnetic board shows the Eatwell plate, the other side the outline of the human body.

Health professionals can engage with individuals and groups to discuss issues around healthy eating and educate on the various food groups. Users match up the magnetic pictures with the words and then place them on the My BodyBoard. A session plan and pop lock folder is included with each pack.

MyBodyBoard Eatwell Plate helps instructors to cover the following food groups:
  • Fruit & Vegetables (green magnets)
  • Carbohydrates - starches & grains (orange magnets)
  • Proteins - meat, fish, eggs and beans (red magnets)
  • Dairy - milk based foods (blue magnets)
  • Fats & Sugars - (yellow magnets)
The board can be fastened to the wall as a longterm display or placed on one of MyBodyBoard's telescopic easels. My BodyBoards are designed to be visually appealing and large enough to set up as a display for use as an interactive tool for an interesting lesson. A carry case is also available for use with MyBodyBoard Eatwell Plate.
