The trainer simulates the leg of an average newborn and facilitates the teaching and training of intraosseous access and infusion. The model has accurate anatomical landmarks and comes with a replaceable tibial bone that lies under smooth muscle. It also includes a femoral vein & artery pair, as well as an intramuscular injection site.
