The Nose and Olfactory Organ Model Set includes two models on one hardwood base illustrating the nose and nasal passages which have been enlarged to 4 times their normal size. One model illustrates the nasal septum, arteries and veins, olfactory nerve filaments, nasopalatine nerve, soft and hard palate, uvula, and the cranial floor. The other model represents the left nostril, olfactory nerve, bulb, and filaments, communicating sinuses, arteries and veins, the sphenopalatine ganglion, the Eustachian tube, and the nasal conchae. The nasolacrimal canal and the turbinate bone are also included.
