Newborn baby model, perfect for the general education of the safe and correct ways of handling and cleaning a baby

This Parent Education Baby Model is a great model to demonstrate the correct holding and carrying positions, wrapping and swaddling techniques, skin care procedures and naval care!

Designed to be like-life for realistic teaching with swivel joints on the head, arm and legs, allowing for movement. It s an excellent model to practicing correct body cleansing and skin care, with an umbilical remnant and a good amount of skin folds.

An additional feature is its slightly open mouth, allowing for the model to also demonstrate breastfeeding techniques.

The models are available in 1.2kg or 2.4kg, with the lighter model representing a pre-term newborn baby and the heavier model representing a full-term newborn. The model feels slightly heavier compared to a real baby due to a lack of internal tension.

The Parent Education Baby Model is ideal for changing and nursing courses for expectant parents, post-natal care and PHSE lessons within schools.
