This postural education spine model with rib cage has been developed for physiotherapy, massage and orthopaedics. It is also useful for music teaching technique particularly singers and wind players.

Fermoral movements at the hip joint can be imitated in this model and the femurs can be raised and lowered with unilateral shortening of the leg and pelvic inclination. Mounting of the thorax (rib cage) and shoulder girdle enables explanation of the movements of the vertebral column and thoracic cage during breathing and movement.

The postural faults model can be easily removed from the stand, which comes included.
