This skin anatomy model offers an enlarged cross-section of the skin. The following skin conditions are shown:

  • acne pustule (pimple)
  • open comedo (blackhead)
  • closed comedo (whitehead).

A normal section of skin showing the dermis, epidermis and subcutaneous tissue and hair follicle is also shown for comparison. The acne model is displayed on a base and a key card is included.
