This disc degeneration anatomy model consists of four vertebrae pairs and illustrates three different pathologies as well as a normal disc. The pathologies represented are: slight disc damage, prolapse with bone degeneration and advanced bone and disc degeneration. The model comes with a plexiglass mount on which the four vertebrae pairs are attached to magnetically, to enable them to be easily removed for further study.

The disc degeneration model can also be used to demonstrate ranges of movement, making it an ideal teaching aid.
