The Life/Form Suture Kit is an affordable way to offer suturing practice for students of all levels. Ideal for both first time students and health care professionals looking to perfect their techniques.
The suture training model allows trainers to make incisions and determine the depth of suturing and the technique to be used. The model provides practice in tying knots, stapling and placement of staples, use of surgical glue, suturing deep tissue (placement and closure), and suturing subcutaneous tissue (placement and closure). The model features epidermis, dermis, fascia, fat and muscle layers. The artificial skin allows for placement and closure of superficial sutures.
The kit comes with suture pad, tray to hold pad, durable carry case, needle holder, suture scissors, tissue forceps, scalpel, nylon suture and small carry case to hold the instruments.
