We have added three new infant injection training models from Erler Zimmer:

Each model features palpable veins filled with simulated blood via a tube system. The veins can be punctured multiple times, making these trainers ideal for repeated practice before replacement is required.

Next up is the Basic Airway Management Trainer by 3B Scientific. This airway trainer includes critical structures such as the tongue, epiglottis, vallecula, vocal cords, trachea, thyroid cartilage, nasopharynx, oropharynx, lungs, oesophagus, and stomach. This comprehensive model supports the development of essential airway techniques in a safe and controlled environment. The trainer realistically simulates the weight and feel of a human head and is available in both light and dark skin tones, supporting inclusive medical education.

We are also excited to introduce the Human Medical Study Skull Models from Bone Clones, available in articulated and disarticulated versions.

The articulated skull is assembled from 22 cranial bones and includes 28 individually removable teeth. The disarticulated skull separates all cranial bones, allowing for detailed hands-on anatomical study. 

Anatomy Lab has introduced a new Pneumothorax Percussion and Thoracostomy Catheter Removal Task Trainer, providing realistic training for thoracic diagnostic and intervention skills.

This trainer allows learners to practise:

• Needle decompression

• Thoracostomy catheter removal

• Post-operative care techniques
  

It produces distinct percussion sounds, simulated air release during decompression, and realistic bubble effects in the drainage bottle to closely replicate real-world clinical scenarios. 

We now stock the SonoEZ Paediatric Ultrasound Trainers by Erler Zimmer, designed for ultrasound-guided vascular access training in paediatric patients. Each model contains fluid-filled vessels that can be visualised, compressed under probe pressure, and used for needle or catheter insertion.
