Life sized dog manikin for teaching mouth-to-snout resuscitation and splinting.
This life-size dog CPR trainer features a lifelike airway, functional lungs and an artificial pulse. The Jerry K-9 model has been designed to teach mouth-to-snout resuscitation. Splinting can also be performed on this trainer, allowing veterinary students to practice bandaging. For a more advanced version of this model, see the Critical Care Jerry simulator.
Built with a disposable lung that can be replaced if the manikin is used for mouth-to-snout resuscitation, or cleaned and reused. The Advanced Airway Jerry dog manikin can also be used to splint and bandage. All parts can be cleaned and replaced. A great simulator for veterinary clinical skills training.
Enchance veterinary training sessions with our Canine Femoral Leg Bone Fracture Model add on!
The Canine Femoral Leg Bone Fracture Model is a simulation of the right femoral leg bone, with a long oblique fracture that can easily be added to the 'Jerry' Canine Manikin.
Femur fractures are some of the most common fractures seen in dogs, so it's important that vets and veterinary nursing students learn how to identify and repair this common canine fracture.
The adjunct is perfect for use in teaching to allow students to contextualise their learning and practice skills.
Can be used with the Critical Care Jerry (CCJ), Advanced Airway Jerry (AA), Jerry K-9 CPR Manikin and the pulse trainer manikins.
