Fellow medical professionals Nick and Clarice from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
are heading out to Madagascar at the beginning of April 2023.

Their mission is simple, to deliver healthcare and healthcare training for one month in a remote area of Madagascar.

Our 'mission' will be principally to provide training to the local healthcare staff. Given our backgrounds (myself an Obstetric and Gynaecology Doctor, Clarice is a Sonographer and Midwife), we will be providing training in antenatal care, intrapartum care and management of obstetric emergencies as well as obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound. I will also be providing gynaecology clinics.
