Learn how to identify various cuts of beef with this life-like set of Butcher Beef Cut Models. The set consists four separate, quartered section models that include round, loin, rib and chuck from half of a steer. These models are great for learning how to prep and cook each cut of beef and included is a curriculum that completes the experience for both instructors and students.
The package includes the following 21 individual beef cuts:
- Chuck: Brisket, Chuck Eye, Chuck Rib, Foreshank and Shoulder.
- Ribs: Rib Primal, Short Ribs, Navel and Tomahawk Steak.
