The Manikin Leg Protectors are optional accessories that provide a protective barrier for the manikins during dragging manoeuvres. This is especially useful in firefighter induction training. Suited for use with the adult Ruth Lee training manikins.
Manufactured from durable, heavy-duty nylon, the plastic strip is easily secured using 4 press studs and boasts an extended lifespan. This allows numerous exercises to be conducted without requiring placement and features a replaceable, disposable polypropylene plastic strip. Additional plastic strips are available for purchase in packs of 5.
The Manikin Leg Protectors come with a comprehensive setup, incorporating a harness, two dragging loops, and two additional loops dedicated to holding the manikin’s arm securely. This is to avoid dragging on the ground. For quick and easy attachment to the dummy, the leg protectors are furnished with polypropylene webbing and quick-release buckles.
