The Pool Rescue Parts Kit features two pairs of socks designed to be worn over the feet of the manikins. This provides enhanced protection against abrasion, when utilised in shoreline rescue scenarios. Specifically tailored for use with the adult Ruth Lee manikins.
Prolonged dragging of the manikin can result in abrasion-induced damage over time. The primary objective of this kit is to safeguard the integrity of the manikins and proactively prevent any potential damage. Similarly, dragging the manikin across pool tiles or concrete surfaces can also result in abrasion.
It is strongly advised to employ a two-person lift technique when relocating the manikin within the pool or deck area. To facilitate this process, a mesh carry sheet is included in the package.
The Pool Rescue Parts Kit additionally includes two replacement plastic spines as a precautionary measure against potential accidental damage during use. Timely replacement of the manikin’s spine is essential to ensure consistent performance and prevent unintended head movement.
